Meet the Coaches – Sean Martin – Erin Martin – Doug Mochrie
The Village Green Golf Club PGA Jr. League team is proud to be part of the First Tee of Sarasota/Manatee. Our coaches, Sean and Erin Martin, are both PGA Professionals with more than 35 years of combined teaching and coaching experience.
Before taking ownership of Village Green, Sean and Erin built and led several highly successful junior golf programs at Capital City Club, Atlanta Athletic Club, and with U.S. Kids Golf. Their passion for junior development is at the heart of everything they do. They understand the importance of making golf fun and approachable, while also reinforcing solid technique and instilling lifelong skills that players can carry with them both on and off the course.
Their mission is simple: make golf fun while building strong fundamentals, confidence, and lifelong skills.

Whether you’re preparing for high school golf, tournament play, or simply want consistent competitive experience, the Junior Stableford Series provides meaningful rounds in a welcoming environment.
